/Stephie dongsaeng is calling/
"Annyeong~!" Erika answered in a cute tone.
"Unnie! Meet me outside the bakery shop okay?"
"Alright but why? It's like, 7PM and it's really dark..."
"Ask me later! And wear a jacket! It's cold~" and with those last words, Stephie hung up leaving a confused Erika.
She wore on a shirt with a mini jacket and another jacket seeing it was winter season along with a pair of skinny jeans and flat pumps. She wore on a winter hat, gloves and scarf which was snow white.
Half an hour later, Erika approached the bakery seeing it was snowing, spotting a shivering schoolmate L.Joe outside the shop that would serve cakes, muffin and even bread. His hands were wrapped around his arms, showing he was cold from the gusts of wind that hit his bare skin as he only wore a light blue shirt that had rolled up sleeves that were up to his elbow.
"Byunghyun..." Erika slowly put her phone down since she was texting Stephie.
"Annyeong..." the words barely escaped from his lips.
"Who are you waiting for?" she asked curiously.
She secretly had a crush on him ever since she saw him.
She took off her coat and gently laid it on his shoulders.
"No! It's fine! I'm not cold. I was erm.. Actually waiting for you." he confessed shyly.
"Really now?" Erika leaned over and felt his hand, sensing that it was cold ice.
L.Joe managed to grip onto her hand and pull her into a hug.
"Do you believe me now?" he smiled, closing his eyes.
"N-no! I was asking that because you said you weren't col-" but she then stopped explaining to him.

"I was erm... Actually waiting for you."

His words repeated in her head more than a thousand times. They stood there, for minutes not even saying a single word until Erika finally had the courage to say,
"You were... Waiting for me?" she asked smiling. She felt him nod on her head seeing that her head only managed to lay on his chest because she was quite short compared to him.
"Why?" she asked.
"Well..." he started, not letting go of her.
"I... kinda have a crush on you Erika... I don't know for how long but it's been really long. That's why, I told Stephie to ask you for me but she thought of an even better idea. Do you remember in 2nd Grade, I went with you to the doctors?"

A flashback came to Erika as her petite legs swung back and fourth on the high chair. Today, she was having her injection. She looked up seeing L.Joe mouthing to her, 'It's ok.'
She smiled, knowing he would be there for her.
"Okay, Erika it would be a good idea to look away now." the female doctor told her. She held onto L.Joe's hand softly, squeezing it as the needle syringe slowly went through her skin and into her flesh and blood area. In seconds, she was finished as she looked up at him as he squeezed back, smiling at her as she blushed.

"Yeah.." she replied, hitting back into the snowy evening outside the bakery, where she was still being hugged by L.Joe.
"Well, I fell in love with you way before that. We first talked then and now in high school, I only confess to you now. Do you know how I feel?" she was aware his chest, hearing it beated faster than normal.
"I do Byunghyun... And you waited this long?" she asked, eyes widened.
"I'm sorry, I'm a shy guy. I should've approached you ages ago." she could hear his voice from his chest and she thought it was adorable.
She only pulled him closer and hugged him tightly.
"I... Like you too Byunghyun..." she confessed and he sighed in relief. He closed his eyes, knowing he wasn't going to be heartbroken this time. He wasted so many years wondering if she liked him back and he finally received the answer he wanted.

They let go, watching the snow above them fall to the ground. L.Joe put the jacket back on Erika and suddenly grabbed her hand, grinning at her.
"Let's go somewhere!" he said as she followed smiling. He stepped into a shop, called 'Crowned Bakery~!' and told Erika to sit down.
"Can I have 2 chocolate bubble teas, 2 pieces of cake and 2 mini muffins please~" she heard L.Joe order over the counter as she gazed at the decoration and cute designs on the ceiling and walls. The ceiling had a pearl sea blue colour, with plastic bubbles hanging from the ceiling finished with a chandelier with the shape of a muffin cup surrounding the light bulb. The walls had swirly drawings overflowing the dullness of the grey coating. Flowers, butterflies, hearts and stars invaded the other walls with cute faces drawn onto the objects.
L.Joe came to the table, with a tray of drinks and snacks.
"What's this?" she asked, pointing to the drink that had pearls at the bottom of the beverage.

"It's called Bubble Tea! It's really good, try it!" he said, before taking a sip himself.
She slowly drank it, seeing a pearl heading for her mouth and she chewed the soft pearl before nodding.
"It's delicious!" she told him before cheekily shooting a pearl at him.
He jerked backwards, seeing Erika laugh.
"Erika.. Have you ever thought of calling me L.Joe oppa?" he asked her, looking right into her eyes.
She instantly became hypnotised and fallen into his charm spell just by looking at his eyes.
"Well... I-If you want me to, that's fine by me..." she told him as he discovered her blush marks exposed onto her cheeks.
He grinned, sitting back relaxed on his chair.

~ After eating
L.Joe grabbed Erika's hand once again and led her to the water fountain.
They both leaned over, seeing the snow attempting to freeze the water observing brown coins that laid on the marble surface.
"Every week, I would come here and place a coin in there and make a wish." he told her before handing to her a brown coin.
"Make a wish!" he smiled before turning his back to her.
"Why aren't you making one?" she asked looking into the water below her that waved.
"My wish has come true now~" he smiled, gazing into the sky, seeing frosty particles fall from the view.
She held the coin tight, closing her eyes.

"I wish L.Joe will be happy forever, whatever he does"

She opened her pupils, letting the lens recover sight again as she flipped her coin in and stood up.
"Done?" he asked. She nodded puffing up her cheeks. He used his finger to deflate on of her cheeks as he grinned.
"You know what else we can do?" he asked.
"What?" she asked chuckling lightly.
L.Joe dipped his fingers into the water and flicked the particles of water that cleansed and moistened his wishes onto her face.
She jerk backwards as L.Joe ran in circles around the fountain.
"Hey!" she shouted before biting her lips, slowly crawling around the circle where L.Joe couldn't see her as she dipped her hands into the water and swished a large wave of water at L.Joe, soaking him.
He gasped, swishing a hurricane of water at her, they carried on fighting until Erika pleaded to stop seeing that she was soaked.
He glanced at his watch that read '9PM'.
"Let's go home." he smiled, softly brushing his fingertips against Erika's hand, telling her he want to hold it.
Their intertwined hands swung back and fourth while walking their way home. Once Erika arrived home, she turned to L.Joe tip-toeing up to his height and wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Thanks for today, oppa." she smiled.
